The Portable Document Format (PDF) is generally the preferred file format for submitting a document for printing as it works with virtually all professional printing and digital output devices. By design, a PDF file incorporates the information needed to maintain document consistency from system to system. Most other file formats such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Word are easily converted to PDF format. But if you want to give an original editable file, Tag Image File Format (TIFF) is preferable, it can also be opened in virtually all professional printing and digital output devices.
We mostly use A Series paper sizes, with different weights starting from 80gm (normal paper), 100gm, 150gm, 200gm, 250gm, 300gm, and 350gm.

You can use in any combination of the two, size and weight.

We use the most standard lamination coating with two different types of behavior, matt lamination with absorbs the light on the material, and glossy which reflects the light.
For business cards, we use the standard size 85mm x 54mm size. But it can be printed in any size.
We use a variety of T-shirt materials such as sublimation, cotton, polo, jerseys, and other garment materials.
